Intershop Group awarded Botta Management Group the overall management of over 50 shopping malls. Our mission: to restructure the portfolio thoroughly and supervise a cautious withdrawal from the US shopping mall market.

 

We provided Chairman and CEO functions and reorganised the enterprise. The divestiture of the full real estate portfolio, the value of which was USD 500 million, was a financial and operational success.
