We collect personal data on our website that is required in the course of our business activities, for the functionality and user-friendliness of the website or that is voluntarily communicated by users (e.g. in the context of forms, etc.).

These may be session cookies, which are deleted after the browser is closed, or permanent cookies, which are used for recognition and remain stored even after the browser is closed. Necessary cookies are required for the operation of the website.

We have profiles on social networks operated by third parties, which have their own privacy policies. 

The website uses third party services that automatically receive data from us via cookies, subject to the third party's privacy policy. We have no control over how the data collected via these services is collected, used or stored and cannot guarantee that it will not be transmitted to other third parties.

5. Rights of the users 

Users have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of data processing and objection to data processing within the framework of the data protection law applicable to them. 

There is no right of objection with regard to data collection that is absolutely necessary for the operation and use of the website, such as log files. 

As a rule, the exercise of these rights requires clear proof of identity of the user concerned. In this regard, the responsible body mentioned in section 7 can be contacted.
