Under the guidance of Botta Management Group, it only took two years to build the Home of FIFA, a beacon of art shining far beyond the football world. Designed by Swiss architect Tilla Theus, the unique building with its spectacular outer shell and sophisticated interior meets the highest demands.
Thanks to a clever concept which allows only two upper floors and places the remaining five storeys underground, the headquarters of the international football federation melds perfectly into its environment on the picturesque Zürichberg. Carefully selected natural materials such as glass, stone and wood were put to skilful use and lend a special atmosphere to this building.
Botta Management Group provided FIFA with support and advice from start to finish of the largest construction project in the federation's history (costs of CHF 250 million), providing site analyses, help with land acquisition, overall project management and a utilisation concept.
